At Complete Wholesale Suppliers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

What you are entitled to:

  • Major Failure:
    You may choose a refund, replacement, or credit
  • Minor Failure:
    We may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time

Return Process

Return Shipping

  • If the product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • In some cases, we may arrange collection or request photo evidence instead of a return

Change of Mind

As a wholesale supplier, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect item selected
  • No longer required
  • Over-ordering

Please ensure all orders are checked carefully before purchase.


Exclusions

This policy does not apply where:

  • The product has been misused, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The issue arises due to improper use or handling

Important Notes

  • Original packaging is not required, but may assist in processing your return
  • We aim to resolve all claims as quickly as possible, typically within 2–10 business days after assessment
