Refer a Friend Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. The CWS Refer-a-Friend Promotion is open to existing customers of Complete Wholesale Suppliers (CWS).

  2. A $100 CWS voucher will be issued for every new business customer successfully referred by an existing customer.

  3. To qualify for the referral reward:

    • The referred business must be new to CWS and not currently an existing customer.

    • The referred business must place an order of $200 or more (excluding GST and shipping).

  4. The qualifying order must be placed on or before 30 April 2026.

  5. The referral must clearly identify the referrer by including “Referred by” details when contacting CWS.

  6. Referrals may be submitted by:

    • Replying to the email and CC’ing the referred business, or

    • Forwarding the email to the referred business who then submits their details directly to CWS.

  7. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing customer may submit. Each qualifying referral will receive one $100 CWS voucher.

  8. Vouchers will be issued after the referred business has successfully placed and paid for their qualifying order.

  9. CWS vouchers:

    • Are not redeemable for cash

    • Must be used toward future purchases with CWS

    • May be subject to expiry or additional redemption conditions as determined by CWS.

  10. CWS reserves the right to verify referral eligibility, amend the promotion, or cancel the promotion at any time if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
