Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Complete Wholesale Suppliers Pty Ltd (“CWS”).

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian registered businesses only.
• Entrants must hold an approved CWS wholesale account.
• Employees of CWS and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

• The promotion commences on the date of distribution of this offer.
• Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 April 2026.

How to Enter

• To enter, eligible customers must:
  • Place their first order with CWS during the promotion period; and
  • The order must have a minimum value of $300 (ex. GST).
• Each eligible business will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
• Only one entry per business applies, regardless of order value or number of orders.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $500 CWS account credit voucher.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random within 5 business days of the promotion closing date.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, CWS reserves the right to redraw.

Prize Conditions

• The $500 voucher is valid for use on future orders with CWS.
• Voucher must be used within 6 months of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Standard CWS trading terms apply to all purchases.

General Conditions

• CWS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• CWS may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms.
• CWS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from CWS (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, CWS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

Privacy

• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with CWS’s privacy policy and used for the purposes of administering this promotion.
