CWS New Year Voucher Competition – Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is CWS Trading Australia Pty Ltd (Hereafter referred to as "CWS") (ABN: 40676744022, located at 7/64 Mandoon Rd, Girraween NSW 2145).

2. Eligibility

  • This competition is open to new customers of CWS who are 18 years or older and residents of New South Wales.
  • To qualify, participants must place their first order with CWS in January 2025.
  • Employees of CWS, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, new customers must place a first order with CWS of a minimum value of $350 (excluding GST) during the competition period (1 January 2025 to 31 January 2025).
  • Each eligible participant will be entered into the draw once their qualifying order has been confirmed.
  • Only one entry is permitted per new customer.

4. Competition Period

  • The competition starts on 1 January 2025 at 12:00 am AEDT and ends on 31 January 2025 at 11:59 pm AEDT.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $100 voucher, redeemable against future purchases with CWS.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Draw Details

  • The winner will be drawn randomly on 3 February 2025.
  • The draw will be conducted via a random computerized system in accordance with the relevant laws.

7. Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw will be conducted.

8. Prize Redemption

  • The $100 voucher must be used within 6 months of issue and can only be applied to future purchases with CWS.
  • Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited.
  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash or transferable to any other person.

9. General Conditions

  • CWS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

10. Liability

  • CWS will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

  • CWS collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including regulatory authorities, and prize suppliers.
  • By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.

12. NSW Fair Trading

  • This competition is conducted under NSW regulations, and the promoter complies with the relevant laws regarding games of chance.
